    Finns som i de flesta management böcker en rad tips man kan använda men även en hel del direkta teoretiska fel, t.ex. Användandet av "förstärkning" som ett ord för belöning med hänvisning till beteendevetenskapen, där förstärkning och belöning inte är detsamma. Finns mkt bättre management alternativ!
